SALES & OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR – 02/08/2026

Objective: This role is the liaison between all departments at Isadore, maintaining clear communication and collaboration between the production, fulfillment, sales/marketing, and events teams. This role is crucial to the success of daily workflow and planning as it is the role that has a beat on everything that is happening. This is work both internally and customer-facing with duties related to both the D2C and B2B sectors.

This role currently supports the needs of six people: two supervisors, two bakers, and two packaging.

Position: SALES & OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: On Site - 1064 Gervais Avenue, Maplewood
Reports to: CEO and Sales and Marketing Director
Type: 20-30 hrs/ $26 hourly rate

General Office

  • Main point of contact for daily office operations when present
  • Fulfill/delegate requests from upper management in a timely manner 
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner (less than 48 hours) 

Sales Administration

QuickBooks:

  • Create invoices for custom corporate orders
  • Setup new customer profiles
  • Update product offerings and pricing to reflect correct invoicing practices
  • Communicate timelines to the appropriate teams to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget.
  • Secondary contact with corporate clients; making sure the company has communicated all necessary elements of each project, such as confirming design plans, pricing, contact lists, deadlines, and shipment dates.
  • Respond to donation requests
  • Utilize Shopify to create discount codes and create donation orders
  • Fulfill/delegate donation fulfillment
  • Communicate and/or meet with leadership as needed or required
  • Oversee all online portals (Shopify, Procure Impact, Faire, Mable), communicating with the fulfillment team to ensure all orders have been processed in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot online portal issues with Shopify customer service
  • Assist with order deliveries as needed
  • Coordinate printing for Isadore and client materials and signage
  • Pick up custom print orders as needed
  • Check and fulfill orders if fulfillment team is not present

Live Event Coordination

  • Fill out and submit applications for live events.
  • Plan product needs with sales team; further communicate to fulfillment team.
  • Maintain all event-related spreadsheets, including the annual calendar, P&L, sales, etc.
  • Manage Square product app: inventory, pricing, discounts, and taxes.

Customer Service

  • Carry out a high level of customer service and professionalism via email and phone calls with vendors and customers
  • Reply to customer emailed inquiries and requests within 48 hours
  • Update/edit online orders based on customer requests>>>relay to staff
  • Track orders with shipping issues and update customers with new information
  • Carry out a high level of customer service through email and phone
  • NonGMO recertification; yearly - end of summer
  • Be available to communicate with staff daily, and help fulfill projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Shopify (or other online sales portals), QuickBooks Online, Canva, Zoho Mail, team dashboards
  • At least 2 years of customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation

We are looking for individuals to create lasting positive impressions with customers and generate sales at fun outdoor summer markets and festivals, from mid-May through August 2026.

Isadore Nut Co Mission: At Isadore Nut Company, we provide award-winning taste and exceptional quality in each of our six flavors of gourmet nuts. We carry multiple gifting options and treatable snacks that are sustainably sourced, and made with organic and nonGMO ingredients. We carry a variety of offerings that include 5oz bags and classic gold gift tins that are hand-crafted by a team of all abilities.

Job Description:

-Set up and take down our event booth at the beginning and end of all live events.

-Take photos/videos of the event space and our product before and during the event as you are able, and send to our social media person to post online. 

-Give away product samples and engage with customers, encouraging them to try our product. Be your usual lovely self to create connections with potential customers and answer questions about our product.

-Process sales transactions using the Square POS system.

-Carry out a high level of customer service to all event attendees.

Compensation: $17-19/hour plus tips, based on experience

Other benefits: Letter of recommendation upon completion of the event season.  

Time commitment: Part time, 5-15 hours/week OR an average of two weekend events per month. Event days runs 4-8 hours depending, and are within a 10-15 mile radius of the Twin Cities. Events vary between 1-3 days long. 

You can view this job as a supplement to other summer work. We will train you on selling, processing transactions, and loading in and out of events so you are set up for success.

However, interest in these other areas is not required to get hired for the event sales position.
