Isadore Nut Company's Shipping Policy


Isadore Nut Co currently ships to domestic addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


We use USPS and UPS to ship customer orders. Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before your order is completed.


Most orders begin processing after your online purchase is completed. Isadore Nut Co ships orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders placed after fulfillment has begun may ship on the next available shipping day.


Once an order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created. Delivery times depend on the carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders typically arrive within 1–7 business days after shipment, although carrier delays may occur during holidays, severe weather, high-volume shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.


Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Isadore Nut Co is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to discuss available options. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Because we prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible, order changes or cancellations must be requested promptly. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has moved into production, fulfillment, or shipping.


If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue for you. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when applicable.
