Isadore Nut Company Returns & Refunds Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to Isadore Nut Co. Our return and refund policy is designed to protect product quality, food safety, and customer trust.
Returns
Due to food safety and quality-control reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened food products.
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to review and approval by Isadore Nut Co. To request a return, please contact us before sending any product back.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition in which it was received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Isadore Nut Co, such as an incorrect item, defective product, or damaged order. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened food products
• Products that have been partially consumed
• Products not in their original packaging
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage, handling, or use
• Custom, personalized, or special-order products
• Gift cards, if offered
• Items marked final sale
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging, if applicable
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and reviewed, we will notify you as to whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Isadore Nut Co.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after the order is placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has moved into production, fulfillment, or shipping.

Please include your order number, phone number, and a brief explanation of your request. Products should not be returned without prior approval from
