Shipping & Returns

Shipping Guidelines: 

1. We use USPS and UPS to ship to all domestic addresses. International shipping is not offered at this time.

2. If you are in Minnesota you are welcome to pick up your purchase at our Golden Valley location by selecting the “local pickup” option during checkout.

3. Orders are processed in one to three days. Once shipped, they typically take one to three days to arrive.

4. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

5. Free shipping is applied to all orders over $100.

6. Christmas orders must be placed by Dec. 17th in order to guarantee their arrival.

We aspire to create a memorable and delicious experience with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order please email hello@isadorenutco.com within 15 days of receipt and we will work with you on an exchange, replacement or refund.
